A/W 2010

I know its still (supposed to be) Summer, but these cold days and lack of sunshine are making me think ahead to the next couple of months. I decided to do a quick set on Polyvore, showcasing the kind of items I will be purchasing for Autumn. I’ll be sporting skinny jeans with oversize tees in greys and maroons, and chunky cable knit cardigans to keep warm. On my feet I’ll be wearing ankle boots in black or tan leather, and round my neck I’ll have skinny scarves and delicate necklaces. I’ll be carrying my gorgeous tapestry bag on my arm which will be accessorised with friendship bracelet style bangles, like the Pandora one I hope to get for my 21st! As you can see, the colour palette I have chosen is fairly muted, with blacks, browns and greys taking centre stage, with a splash of denim and maroon for a bit of a pop!

Hope you like! What will you be sporting this Autumn?

I love the autumnal palate here, I've now decided that I need to invest in some maroon coloured items – jumper dress maybe
    It would be mine

Love that tapestry bag. I'll be sporting cable knit cardies, cashmere tights, denim skirts & slouchy boots x

Good range of items and colours. I love autumn, it's my favourite season, just generally, and clothes wise. I'm looking forward to getting some plums, maroons and dark greens, to go with a grey jacket I've just bought. xx

Lovely inspiration board, so useful for when you have to go shopping. I definitely am feeling burgundy/maroon for Autumn along with my usual greys, blacks and navys. I noticed you picked a lot of Topshop and they have it spot on this season, though I will try and hunt out cheaper buys on ebay/charity shops.

Love every single thing you've chosen. This will be my autumn/winter wardrobe too… maybe with a few florals and some tailored trousers thrown in for good measure! 🙂 x
