GIVE ME WINGS

09-01-11

Another outfit for you! This is what I wore yesterday for a day of pottering here and there. I got this blouse as a Christmas present from my sister. I love the colour of it, and the style is really different to a lot of the Peter Pan collar blouses I’ve seen. It should see me through Summer too as it is so light and sheer – perfect for a beach cover up for the holidays! Speaking of which, Dan and I picked up some holiday brochures yesterday. We’ve been looking into going somewhere like Crete or Rhodes, or maybe Cyprus. Let me know if you’ve been to any of these places and where is nice to stay!

Peter Pan Collared Cape Blouse – Topshop

Long Length T shirt – New Look

Leggings – New Look

Lace Up Booties – Miss Selfridge

Bracelets – Pandora

Ring – Miss Selfridge

I had another play with my fish eye lens here. Its hard to get used to because to get the full effect you need to be quite close to what you’re photographing without zooming in too far. I’ll hopefully be taking lots more pictures with it so should have some better ones to show you soon.

That is all for now. Back to uni in the morning with two deadlines, but on the plus side, my student loan goes in and Dan and I are off to Manchester for a spot of shopping on Tuesday. Keep your eyes peeled for a haul!

  1. Love this shirt, gorgeous colour.
I've been to Rhodes and stayed in Pefkos. It's much more quiet and family orientated than Faliraki but when I went with friends we really loved how chilled it was.

  2. i love the blouse and adore the colour as well. i also really like your chunky ring, i love massive statement rings! ive been to cyprus several times and absolutely loved it, thoroughly recommend it! the people are lovely and its just a beautiful place. good luck choosing though, all of those places sound fabulous xx

  3. Love your blog Claire! I'm a second year styling student at UCLAN too so any tips about third year wouldn't go a miss haha 🙂 I was thinking of investing in a fish eye lens but they do look a bit tricky.
I'm new to this blogging business so it would be lovely if you could pop over to my page and see what you think so far 🙂
