I think I may have developed a slight obsession with pleats these past few days. I spotted this skirt in COW Vintage in Manchester yesterday and when I saw it was only £3.00 (that’s full price – not even in the sale!) I skipped on over to the fitting rooms to try it on. It fit like a glove and at such a teeny price it suited my bank balance just fine. I’m basically penniless until payday this Friday, (Waiting for the bank to tell me whether or not I get the money back from the bookcase I ordered from the company that went into liquidation seems to be taking forever) so buying things for myself at this moment in time is pretty much a no-no, but I couldn’t leave this on the rail!

T Shirt – Dorothy Perkins

Skirt – COW Manchester

Belt – Primark

Tights – Primark

Shoes – New Look

I think this is another one that will be great in the Summer with loose vests and tees tucked in for a casual look. I can imagine it with some nude peeptoe heels and a white vest for a great evening outfit on holiday. Hurry up Summer!

In other news, I’ve decided to start using Flickr for my blog photos to see if I can get my images to upload in better quality. I think these ones are a bit clearer than usual, but the fact that a lot of photos are taken with my tripod and self timer means they do come out a little grainy at times. Add me on Flickr if you use it too!
