Today has been a lovely day. The sun was shining so I was instantly put in a good mood from the moment I woke up to it glinting through my curtains! I headed off into town and met with the lovely Rachelle to get a few bits ready for the North West blogger meet up tomorrow which I am super excited about, then came back home for a chilled out afternoon in the sunshine eating ice cream and walking Toby.

As the weather isn’t exactly scorching (it is Preston after all) I decided to throw on a gorgeous new jumper I was very kindly sent from Ark that has lovely pastel green and blue running through it, which sits perfectly with my beautiful Crown & Glory Whole Lotta Rosie Headband in summery ice cream shades. It’s such a pretty piece and the colours will go with so many things in my wardrobe.

Jumper – Hearts & Bows @ Ark*

  1. I usually like your blog for its simplicity but must admit i've grown a bit tired of your constant sponsored posts. Its like everything on here is an advert. Such a shame, time to move on and find another blog. All the best, L

    1. Hi Lauryn, Thanks for your comment and I'm really sorry you feel that way.
I can reassure you that I very rarely do 'sponsored' post (posts for which someone is paid to write) and when I do it is clearly stated at the bottom. You'll see I haven't done on of these in a while but they do crop up occasionally.

I like to post about companies I discover myself through wish lists and sitting pretty loves posts, and these aren't sponsored or asked for by the company, always found off my own back.

Also I am very fortunate and lucky to be sent items to review as are most bloggers, but I would never accept something I don't truly love or work with a company I don't like or agree with. All of my reviews on here are honest, and I will write my true feelings towards the item, whether they be good or bad.
]I can understand a little why you feel this way, as there are periods of time when I have a number of items to review, and then periods when I don't.

Again I'm really sorry you feel the way you do and genuinely thank you for being a reader of the blog.

      Claire x
