GET RIPPED

This weekend I will be heading off to Berlin with work for a week to show off our brand at the Bread & Butter tradeshow (exciting!), so I’ve been snapping lots of outfits ready to schedule for whilst I’m away. This is one of the looks I wore but I couldn’t wait any longer to show you this. I really love how these images have turned out, and this outfit is typical of the kind of thing I’ve been wearing lately. Comfy yet ‘put together’ is what I like to think of it as. After rekindling my love for shorts teamed with tights recently, I couldn’t wait to try out these shorts by She Likes. They are super short and perfect for the summer sun, but whilst we too and fro between rain and wind, tights are a sensible option! I love the rip detail and little studs, plus the acid wash on them is so gorgeous! I kept the look simple by mixing similar shades of blacks and greys, finished off with my favourite fedora hat.

Tee – Matalan*

Cardigan – Miss Selfridge*

Shorts – She Likes*

Tights – TU

Converse – Zalando*

Fedora – H&M

Lips – Russian Red by MAC

Nails – Can’t Find My Czechbook by OPI

I seem to be saying this about everything I own at the minute, but I really can’t wait to style these into some summer looks! They’re another item I’ll be adding to the holiday pile, and would be great thrown over bikini bottoms in the day time, or worn with a silky cami at night with some pretty sandals. I’m starting to develop a pretty big collection of shorts now, so fingers crossed we get some decent weather in the North West so I can get some use out of them!

What do you think of my She Likes shorts? How do you style your denim shorts?
