So you may notice something a little different about me in today’s outfit photos, which is of course my hair! No it hasn’t miraculously grown into a luscious mane – I was lucky enough to be gifted some UH-MAZING hair extensions from a company called Dirty Looks (formerly known as Head Kandy) and I am completely and utterly obsessed with them. I’ll be doing a post on them in the next week or so to show you them up close, along with the packaging and some more info about the company, but I was way too impatient and decided to wear them today. Onto the outfit for now though. I got this gorgeous mod-esque coat from H&M the other day and have been loving it since the sudden change in weather. I really like the vintage feel to it and the mottled grey fabric. It’s super warm and was a pretty good price at £34.99. I’ve since found out that Primark do a similar version for less, but I think I prefer mine!

Coat – H&M
Jumper – Topshop at Outfit*
Blouse – TU
Jeans – Joni at Topshop
Boots – Shoe Zone*
Hair Extensions – Dirty Looks*

I threw the coat over a simple outfit of black skinnies, sheer blouse and cropped jumper, which is the kind of ensemble you will no doubt be seeing me wear a lot over the coming months. The blouse and jumper combo is my go to look for winter, and I think these two pieces in particular look so nice together. I also wore some gorgeous new boots from Shoe Zone that have to be one of the comfiest pairs I own. I love the wedge and the suede effect outer, which makes them look a lot more expensive than they are (£16.99!!!!). It’s nice to have a boot with some height without having an actual heel as these are so much more practical for the rain or snow, and can be easily dressed up or down, perfect for work or lazy days like today.

What do you think of today’s look? Have you got your winter coat out yet?

  1. I haven't dug out the winter coat just yet, I am searching for one just like this though! Looks great on you, love the jumper/blouse combo for winter, so comfy 🙂 xoxo
