SPOTS AND SKATER SKIRTS

I couldn't believe my luck yesterday when I bagged this gorgeous faux leather skater skirt in the Topshop sale for an absolute steal at £7. I spotted it in the rails but labelled up at a size 6, I nearly put it straight back as a six I am definitely not! It looked a little bigger than it should though, so I hot footed it to the changing rooms and to my surprise it was an absolute perfect fit! Whether there were problems with the sizing in this particular style, or this one had been mislabelled I don't know, but I'm a happy bunny to have found it! It has gorgeous buttery soft faux leather, that could fool anyone by touch, and a silky suede underneath. I love the grey colour too as it makes it that little bit different to the usual black numbers out there at the minute. Very chuffed with myself for finding such a good bargain if I do say so myself!

Top - H&M
Skirt - Topshop
Tights - Primark

I wore the skirt today with a lovely little top I picked up a couple of weeks back at H&M after spotting something similar on Fearne Cotton (mega girl crush and the hair inspiration behind me going blonde). I love how something as simple as a black jersey tee can look so pretty with the addition of sheer sleeves and some polka dots!

I hope you've all been having a lovely Sunday. What have you all been up to?
