This Bank Holiday weekend has been one of the best yet – lots of sunshine, lots of plans with the best people and lots of fun! I’ve been celebrating friend’s birthdays with copious amounts of food and cocktails, sunning myself at a fabulous gin festival and exploring new places to eat, drink and wander. Yesterday we headed to a little town close to where we live and treated ourselves to a yummy lunch in a Greek restaurant, followed by coffee and cakes whilst watching the world go by, and it was the perfect Sunday afternoon.

The great weather, the cute little stone houses, the cobbled streets and the last of the summer flowers made it the perfect location for some outfit shots, and I absolutely loved yesterday’s outfit.

I wore a new T Shirt that I picked up from Zara a couple of weeks back, which was, wait for it… only £5.99 full price! I’ve been wearing it so much since I got it as it works so perfectly with everything from smart black trousers to ripped denim jeans. I paired it with some old H&M culottes from last year that I completely forgot I had. I stopped wearing these as they were a little on the tight side, but now they fit like a dream and even have a little room to spare – Result!

T Shirt – Zara // Denim Culottes – H&M // Converse – Very // Yellow Bag – Asos // Sunglasses – Tobi* // Earrings – Absolute Vintage

One thing you may have spotted in these photos that I don’t usually wear are the earrings! Some of you may know that I don’t actually have my ears pierced. Its never something I’ve really wanted to do, plus I’m super squeamish so the whole idea of someone piercing a whole in my ears does send a bit of a shiver down my spine, but I recently spied a pair of gorgeous clip ons at a Vintage Fair and I’ve been hooked on finding more ever since! The ones I’m wearing here are from Absolute Vintage just off Brick Lane in London, and I’m in love! They’re so similar to ones you’d currently find in Zara, Topshop or H&M, but they’re much better quality and at £10 I just couldn’t resist!

I’m now off to spend the last day of the long weekend seeing family, browsing some shops then flopping on the sofa for a lazy afternoon. Hope you’ve all had a wonderful weekend!
